As above, still waiting over a week to be called back regarding car settings. Also had to chase up callback to originally have the car booked in for a service and mot as there was no one available when I originally called.

No fault was found or repairs made so £150 was a lot to pay for an hour's worth of diagnostics tests, whereas our local mechanic would waive the fee (or charge a lot less for their time) if they couldn't find anything to fix.

The communication not as good as before, I had to chase to see if my Mini was ready. Also, not having the video taken by the person doing the work. I did raise this and apparently it's 'in hand' and you're getting something better.

Although there was a minor issue with the climate control afterwards this was sorted immediately the next day while I waited. Was looked after by the girls on reception

During service I was contacted and told car needed a new tyre at a cost of £189 by a young girl who obviously needed training in how to deal with customers on the telephone. Car had 7000 miles on the clock and I needed an explanation as to the cost.

Both Craig Southern and Thomas Richmond were very polite and very helpful and they both accommodated me calling into showroom during my lunch break and after work another day . I am extremely happy with my mini Aceman . Great coffee too !
