My experience with north Tyneside MINI was fab. Josh was welcoming and professional and answered all my queries promptly. My handover was completed by Ava, Thomas and Gavin who were also very good.

Easy process from start to finish- there's a reason that I've bought 7 (I think!) cars from Gary. Everything explained and all relevant, when I said I was wanted something similar he focused the appointment around that,great when I'm short for time

Josh Bird was really helpful throughout the whole buying process, from test driving 2 cars on 29 December, to new car collection on 6 March. I had a weekly email and some calls from Josh to update me on progress with car delivery.
