The staff at Mini North Tyneside were all amazing and very helpful. From start to finish they answered all calls quickly through the fast and efficient reception. We were lucky enough to be passed on to Paul Southern as a salesman, who was excellent.

I was sent a video explaining the issues that had been identified during the health check of my Mini, however I couldn't hear what was being said. I suspect that the mechanic struggles to speak clearly when he's holding his head back & filming etc.
